Great but not so great for snow
The boots are beautiful and they fit very nicely. However, they are not fully waterproof so if you are thinking as an alternative for days of snow, better choose something else.

Wrong delivery -no sorry
I ordered these. Completely different shoes were delivered to me. Wrong shoes and wrong size. I called customer service - they didn’t apologise, just told me to take them back to a shop. Took them back in store- still no sorry. Shoes I had ordered had sold out in that time. Complete waste of my time.
