Schuh top -Werbung not

Der Schuh gefällt mir, Sohle ist eher hart, nicht so wie sonst bei Barfußschuhen, also eher robust. Aber ich finde den Schuh insgesamt sehr toll. Die Marketingstrategie des Unternehmens hingegen, finde ich äußerst anstrengend: dauernd erhält man zum Kauf auffordernde Mails, nur weil man sich ein Schuhmodell mal anschaut, oder schon in den Warenkorb gelegt hat… Ich kaufe Camper-Schuhe, weil oder wenn mich der Schuh in Qualität und Design überzeugt und nicht, weil ich wie ein unmündiger Kunde animiert werden muss - im Gegenteil, diese penetranten Werbemails in Wort und in der Häufigkeit sind für mich eher Grund, mich Marken zuzuwenden, die das nicht tun.

Not for in between sized feet

I am in between sizes. For me, 38 was too small but 39 was too large - so ended up returning them. Otherwise, the shoes were so cute with comfortable sole

甲高の方はつま先が当たるかも

デザイン、質感がとても良くて、いろんな服装に合わせやすくて大変気に入ってます。 ただ、つま先が割と薄めで甲高な私にはちょっときつく感じます。足がむくんでいるときは痛くて履けません。でもつま先がカパカパしないようにの薄さなんだとは思います。 私はネットで買ったのでこのサイズしか履いてないのですが、これから買う方は店舗で他のサイズも試してみることをおすすめします。

Uncomfortable, terrible customer service

I saved up for these shoes for work because they had great reviews. The first work day I wore them I had to remove them because they were so uncomfortable that they cause my feet to bruise and swell. I contacted the return line to exchange them, sending pictures of the bruises and swelling, as well as the shoes. I was declined a refund because it “is not their responsibility” that their shoes are very expensive yet unbearably painful. I was also denied the opportunity to speak to a customer service representative on the phone. Very disappointing :(
