Returned, but...
I bought these shoes in suede and in size 4 (EU 37), which is my size in all Camper models. It fitted true to size and the width was good (not too wide or narrow). Due to my feet having a low arch, however, the shoes kept coming off at the back. This happens with all shoes of this type (loafers) no matter the brand. So, I chose to return the pair as I did not want to spend more money on solutions that might not work. From the limited time I had the shoes, though, I could tell they were of very good quality, chunky but not heavy and quite comfortable. It is a shame I could not keep them. They are worth the money.
