Brutus GORE-TEX Black leather lace-up boots

Great shoes!!!

The shoes fits snug and well. I usually love to wear docs for my go to boot but I am love breaking these in. The zipper doesn't bother much in regards to fitting -- it keeps everything tight and snug. They are surprisingly lightweight shoe even though they look 'heavy'.

Great but a bit stiff

These seem good quality and I’d say true to the size guide cm measurements. For me I have to lace them pretty tightly as there’s a lot of space above my foot, so I’m considering using insoles. They’re a warm boot so for winter, lightweight, hopefully will hold up well. I was a little worried about the leather creasing a lot as I walk with the extra space above my foot, but I’ve used a mild leather conditioner on it so hopefully it won’t crack. I have the Gore-Tex version and I have read that this makes shoes less flexible usually. The cushioning is great, I just need the sole to get a bit more flexible as I break them in and then they’ll be comfortable. Overall I’m impressed and I love the style.
