'Pay in 4'

At Camper, we have partnered with Klarna, a revolutionary new way for you to pay for your purchases online.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment system company that offers a simple and efficient way of making payments online. The order amount will appear in your monthly statement with Klarna. You can manage your Klarna account and find out more about the payment options at Klarna.com

What is 'Pay in 4'?

‘Pay in 4’ allows you to do just that - split your purchases into four interest-free payments. Four equal payments will be taken every 2 weeks until the full balance is paid. In the Klarna app you can also settle the outstanding balance or one single payment earlier if you so wish.

If you are eligible for ‘Pay in 4’, this option can be selected at checkout and as soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email from Klarna with your payment schedule and your first installment will be paid. Make sure that you download the Klarna app to make sure that you do not miss a payment.

How it works?

Pay in 4 installments

Choose the item you want.

Pay over time.

One part payment at purchase and 3 further payments every 2 weeks.

How and when will I receive my refund?

‘Pay in 4’ refunds are processed slightly differently to our standard refund policy depending on your payment schedule and depends on how much you have paid and how much of your order has been processed. Camper will examine the returned merchandise and the reasons you have provided for the return. Funds will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

Full refund

In the event of a request for a full refund, possible remaining payments will be canceled and the amount that has already been paid will be refunded to the original payment card.

Partial refund

In the event of a request for a partial refund where the amount is more than the remaining balance of your purchase, the amount will be deducted from the remaining balance and the difference will be refunded to the original payment card.

If the amount was less than the remaining balance of your purchase, the amount will be deducted from the remaining balance and equally spread over the remaining payments.
