How can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

You can cancel your order at any time provided it has not already been sent. Please note that orders are sent the following business day (Monday to Saturday*) after the order was placed.

To cancel an order, go to Your Orders and enter the order number and your email address. Your order details will appear and if the Cancel option is visible, you can select it to cancel the order. Once you have canceled the order, you will receive confirmation by email. If this option is not visible, it means that your order has already been sent and can no longer be canceled.

If the order has already been sent, it cannot be canceled but you can return it once it has been delivered.

*Countries and regions that have customs regulations, cash-on-delivery orders, and deliveries to Packstations in Germany, will only be shipped Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. Orders for the Canary Islands are only sent on Tuesdays.

Can I exchange my shoes for another size or model?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (size, color, etc.), you have 30 days to exchange.

How can I return a purchase?

If you made your purchase at a Camper store or on the website, the easiest thing to do is to visit a store in the same country where you bought the item(s).

Please note that if you made a purchase at a Recamper store, you will need to go to that same store or another Recamper store in the same country. We do not accept Recamper items at our full-price stores.

Franchises are excluded. In the case of online orders, the exclusion applies to franchises as well as El Corte Inglés.

What should I do if the shoes I bought at a store have a manufacturing defect?

Can I repair my Camper shoes?

Unfortunately, we do not have a shoe repair service.

Remember that our shoes come with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

When will I get my refund if I return an order online?

If you return an online purchase via our website, we will examine the returned merchandise and the reasons you have provided for the return.

Once we have determined that everything is in order, we will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) beginning from the date your return was received at our warehouse.

Funds will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Payments should arrive in your account 3 to 5 days after processing.

Returning orders paid by cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, GiroPay, or Mister Cash

If you choose to return an online purchase via our website that was originally paid by cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, GiroPay, or Mister Cash, we will need you to provide your IBAN, SWIFT code, or BIC number in order to process the refund.

Can I track the progress of my online return?

Yes, you can follow the status of your return in the Your Orders section.

Can I exchange or return an item purchased with a promo code?

Any purchase made using a promotional code comes with all of our standard guarantees.

If you return a purchase, you will be refunded the applicable amount based on what you originally paid.

We are under no obligation to replace the promotional code used to purchase the returned item.

Can I exchange or return an item that was purchased during a special sale or promotion?

For items purchased during a special sale or promotion, exchanges and returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects.
