  • Can I make a purchase over the phone?

    If you prefer to make a purchase over the phone, please contact our Customer Service Department.

    All we need is the model's reference number (It's an 8 to 10 digit number [e.g. 17665-011 or K100013-007] that is usually found inside the shoe, typically on the tongue or on one of the sides. On Camper.com it is at the end of the product page URL or below the Add to Bag button on the product page), the size you need, and the shipping and payment details to deliver your order. Contact us

  • Can I order models that are not available on the website?

    If the model you want does not appear on the website, please contact us and provide us with the following:

    - Your full name and contact telephone number

    - The size and reference number of the model you would like (in 00000-000 format). If you don't know the number, provide as much information as possible: name of the line, color, etc.

    We will do everything we can to find the model you want or one which is as similar as possible. Contact us

  • How do I buy online?

    1. Make sure that the "SHIPPING TO" country located in the header bar at the top of the site is the same country where the order will be delivered. If not, you can easily change it by selecting your country from the list.

    2. Select the product(s) you like, choose the size, and click ADD TO BAG. You can select a maximum of 5 items. You can also view the products in your bag at any time by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.

    3. When you are ready to complete your purchase, go to your shopping bag and click PURCHASE. Select your preferred shipping method and click CHECK OUT NOW to enter your delivery and payment details.

    4. Fill in your shipping address and payment details. To confirm, review all of your details and click SUBMIT ORDER.

    5. Once your order is confirmed you will see a purchase confirmation page with your order information. This information is also automatically sent to you via email.

  • Shipping to P.O. boxes

    We do not send orders to post office boxes, and we will not be held responsible for safe delivery if the customer gives a P.O. box as the shipping address. Only in Germany is it possible to ship your order to a DHL Packstation.

  • How long do deliveries typically take?

    Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method used. Delivery times are approximate and are estimated according to the service schedule of the shipping companies we use.

    If the shipping address is in a remote location, delivery time may be delayed by approximately 1 day.

    Please bear in mind that all delivery times are given in business days, starting from the date your order is shipped from our warehouse. Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.*

    We do not make separate deliveries for a single order. If one of the products you have ordered is not in stock, we will wait until all the items are available before shipping your order.

    Orders are sent from Monday to Saturday,* excluding holidays, from:

    You can cancel your order at any time provided it has not already been sent. Please note that orders are sent the following business day (Monday to Saturday*) after the order was placed.

    To cancel an order, go to Your Orders and enter the order number and your email address. Your order details will appear and if the Cancel option is visible, you can select it to cancel the order. Once you have canceled the order, you will receive confirmation by email. If this option is not visible, it means that your order has already been sent and can no longer be canceled.

    If you believe that your shoes have a manufacturing flaw, take them back to the store where you bought them, along with the receipt, and our store staff will inspect them.

    If you return an online purchase via our website, we will examine the returned merchandise and the reasons you have provided for the return.

    Funds will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Payments should arrive in your account 3 to 5 days after processing.

  • Return conditions

    In general, an item can only be returned if it meets the following conditions:

    - The item has not been used (applies to both exchanges and returns)

    - It has been less than 30 days since you received the item

    - The item is still under the 2-year warranty if there is a manufacturing flaw

    Online Returns:
    In addition to the above requirements, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, please replace it with packaging of similar size and capacity.

    If all of these conditions have been met, we will refund the cost of your purchase, minus the initial and return shipping costs. If you paid cash on delivery, the additional shipping charges applied to this payment method will also be subtracted from the refund amount. If you are returning an item because of a manufacturing defect attributable to Camper, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

    We will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving the returned merchandise. Once it has been processed, the refund will be made by the same method used to make the original payment.

    You are responsible for assuming all shipping costs, except in certain cases. We will not accept cash-on-delivery returns under any circumstances.

    Only products purchased at Camper.com can be returned or exchanged via our website.

  • Can I exchange or return an item purchased with a promo code?

    Any purchase made using a promotional code comes with all of our standard guarantees.

    If you return a purchase, you will be refunded the applicable amount based on what you originally paid.

    We are under no obligation to replace the promotional code used to purchase the returned item.

    To use a promo code, please enter it in the shopping bag before going to the checkout.

    In Your Bag, you will see a field that says I Have a Promotional Code on the right side of the screen. Enter your code in this field and click Apply.

    If the code is valid, a confirmation message will load and the relevant promotion will be modified.

    If you decide not to use it, you can delete it by clicking Remove Promotion.

  • Why doesn't my promo code work?

    A promo code may not be accepted for the following reasons:

    - You may not have clicked "Apply" after entering the code

    - The code you entered may be incomplete or have a mistake

    In these cases, if have not yet submitted your order, go back to "Your Bag," enter the code again, and click "Apply."

    Other reasons your code may not work:

    - Your promo code may have expired

    - Your code may be limited to certain products or purchases which ship only to specific countries

    Remember that if you deactivate your account, all of your information will be deleted, including saved items and current promotional offers.

    Yes, as long as you use the link in the purchase confirmation email to access the order you want to manage.

    Camper One allows you to select the colors and materials of several parts of your product and include a short text (maximum 7 characters per shoe for Pelotas and maximum 6 characters per shoe for Pelotas XLite).

    Do not leave any part of the design blank or you won’t be able to save it.

    The text must follow Camper’s guidelines. Camper reserves the right to reject any proposal.

    Camper will reject any text containing:

    - Swearing or inappropriate language

    - Offensive, violent, or discriminatory content.

    - Any content that Camper does not wish to include on the product.

    - Content that may infringe upon the commercial brand or author rights of third parties, including words, phrases, celebrities’ names, professional sports teams, and certain colors when combined with specific words or geographical regions.
