Comfortable and very on trend!

Comfortable and very on trend! I mostly wear boots during the winter but these shoes appealed as they are Milah, same styling as the boots I have bought at the same time. Comfortable and give you good height. Robust as well. Could be worn with jeans, trousers and skirts etc so very adaptable. The brown is a lovely shade.

Producto defectuoso Gestión devolución deficiente

Me atendió una IA, y NO muy bien, proporcionando información incompleta y confusa. Después de varias iteraciones me devolvieron el dinero, aunque yo quería cambiarlo por un producto sin tara. Al final me dijeron que ya no quedaban más en ninguna de sus tiendas/almacenes. Me hubiese gustado que hubiesen sido más ágiles, y que me hubiesen ofrecido otro producto similar. Había comprado el producto con la oferta de family&friends y me quedé sin poderla aprovechar, ya que había finalizado para cuando gestionaron la devolución .
