I purchased these on line for my wife with Camper’s 50% off deal. When they eventually arrived, it takes an absolute age for delivery of items from Camper these days by a substandard delivery company, not like other top companies, the shoes had clearly been previously worn as the stickers on the soles had been removed and a sticky residue remained on the soles. I reported this to camper after supplying photographic evidence and they agreed that they were faulty. They sent me a postage label to return them which I did. It took another age to get a refund, after chasing Camper up, and when the refund hit my account it was for the wrong amount. I finally sorted this out, more time wasting, and they gave me a paltry 20% off my next purchase. Wouldn’t it have been nice to receive an option of “would you like a replacement pair or, we are sorry there’s none left in the particular size”. I had none of this. Just aggressive emails to say the amount has been refunded, which it had not, as it was the incorrect amount. I don’t know what has happened to the company but Customer Service, care, delivery and products has gone down hill. I have ordered quite a number of products over the years but I think that’s it for me, unfortunately.
