Product & Service Failure from Camper

Over the past 10 days, I purchased two pairs of shoes and two of your official Camper cleaning sprays (one for inside cleaning, one for outside leather). I followed the usage instructions given to me by your in-store staff, but both products have damaged the shoes: Pair 1: After being told by the staff to spray directly inside the shoe, the interior cleaner left visible marks that bled through to the outside, affecting the look and usability. Pair 2 – White Limited Edition: I gently applied your leather cleaner with a soft cloth, again as instructed. Shockingly, the white pigment came off entirely, leaving the shoe discolored and ruined. These are serious product and staff experience failures — especially when it concerns limited edition pieces.
