Shoes as you see them in the picture, there are really comfy and extra light as other people write here and they look amazing

Looks great, but poor quality

I really love the appearance of these shoes, and they are really comfortable. However, the quality is poor. This is the second time I have needed to purchase new "uppers" for my Roku's due to the laces degrading. Within two weeks of replacing my "outers" with the new ones that I purchased, the laces have once again fallen apart. On both occasions, upon complaining to Camper, I have been told I have received a "faulty" item, but rather than issue me a replacement they have required that I return the item and receive a refund, a process which takes weeks and renders the shoes unusable until I can order and receive a new part. Most importantly, the supposed sustainability of the shoes is undermined by the poor quality of the product which as noted, has been found to be faulty on two occasions.
