    If the model you would like to purchase does not appear on the website, please contact our Customer Service Department and provide:

    -Your full name and a contact telephone number.

    -The reference number of the model you want (in 00000-000 format). If you don't know the number, provide as much information as possible: name of the line, colour, etc.

    -The size you need.

    If you are travelling or on holiday in a different country, you can have your purchase delivered to your country of residence if it is among the ones we ship to.

  • How can I order online?

    1. Make sure that the ""ship to "" country is the same country where the order is to be delivered. If not, you can change it to the correct country in the top right hand corner of the homepage.

    2. Choose the product/s you like, indicate the size and add them to your bag. You can select a maximum of 5 items. You may also view the products in your bag at any time.

    3. When you are ready to complete your purchase, just go to the bag and click on Check out now.

    4. Fill in the delivery and payment details on the form. To confirm, click on Submit order.

    5. If the system validates your details, the order will be submitted correctly and you will see the purchase confirmation with your order number. This information will also be sent to you by email.

    Camper always tries our best to show shoe colours in a way that reflects their actual appearance. Even so, the perception of colours may vary depending on the lighting, the screen settings of your computer monitor or other factors beyond our control.

    Depending on the country, our prices are listed in euros, US dollars, Canadian dollars, Danish kroner, Pounds sterling, Turkish lira, Mexican pesos or Japanese yens.

    The prices shown are always the retail prices, with all applicable taxes included, except in Canada and the United States. In these countries, the amount of tax is calculated once you select the state or region to which the order in your shopping bag will be sent.

    Shipping costs vary depending on the number and size of the chosen items and the country to which they are being shipped.

    Orders can be delivered to any address in any of the countries listed on our website, with the exception of addresses in remote or hard-to-reach locations.

  • Shipping to PO boxes

    We do not dispatch orders to post office boxes, and we will not be held responsible for safe delivery if the customer gives a PO box as the shipping address.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method used. Delivery times are approximate and are estimated according to the service schedule of the shipping companies we use.

    If the shipping address is in a remote location, delivery time may be delayed by approximately 1 day.

    Bear in mind that all delivery times are given in business days, counting from the date on which the order leaves our warehouse. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

    We do not make separate deliveries for a single order. If one of the products you have ordered is not in stock, we will wait until all the items are ready before shipping your order.

    Orders shipped to Canada are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday.

  • How can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

    You can cancel your order at any time, provided it has not already been dispatched. Please bear in mind that orders placed from Monday to Friday before 13h CET will dispatch on the same day. All remaining orders will ship on the next business day after they are placed. Orders shipped to Canada are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday

    To cancel an order, go to Your orders and enter the order number and the email address provided when you placed it. The system will display the details of that order, and if the Cancel option is visible you can click on it to cancel the order. Once you have cancelled the order, you will receive confirmation by email. If this option is not visible on the screen, it means that your order has already been dispatched and cannot be cancelled.

  • What should I do if the shoes I bought at a store has a manufacturing defect?

    At Camper, total customer satisfaction is our top priority.

    If you believe that your shoes have a manufacturing defect, take them back to the store where you bought them, along with the purchase receipt, and the staff will check them for defects on the spot.

    If you are unable to return to the store where you bought them, Contact us.

    Remember that our shoes come with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

  • When will I get my refund if I return an order online?

    If you return a purchase online via the website, we will examine the merchandise and the reasons you have given for returning it when we receive the returned order.

    Once we have determined that everything is in order, we will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date on which the returned order was delivered to our warehouse.

    Funds will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the original purchase. It should be reflected in your account 5-10 business days after it is processed depending on your bank or credit card's policies.

    In general, an item can only be returned if it meets the following conditions:

    -The item has not been used (applies to both exchanges and returns)

    -Less than 30 days have passed since you received or acquired the item

    -In the case of manufacturing defects, less than 2 years have passed since you received or acquired the item

    Online returns:

    In addition to meeting the requirements stated above, the item must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, replace it with packaging of a similar size and capacity.

    If all these conditions are met, Camper will refund the cost of your purchase less the original shipping costs. If you paid COD, the additional shipping charge applied to this payment method will also be subtracted from the refund amount. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund. You may choose to use another delivery service to return your items. We cannot be held liable for safe delivery of the returned item/s if you choose not to use our return service.     We will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after we receive the returned merchandise. Once it has been processed, the refund will be sent by the same method used to make the original payment.

    Only products purchased at Camper.com can be returned or exchanged via our website.

    Any purchase made using a promotional code is still eligible for all Camper guarantees.

    If you choose to return an item and ask for a refund, you will be refunded the applicable amount using your original form of payment.

    Camper is under no obligation to replace the promotional code used to purchase the returned item.

  • How can I use my promotional code on Camper.com?

    In order to benefit from a special offer, you need to enter the promotional code during check-out.

    In Your bag, you will see a field that says I have a promotional code on the right side of the screen. To use the promotional code, enter it in this field and click on Apply.

    If the code is valid, a message will appear confirming that it has been applied, and the terms and price of your purchase will be modified if applicable.

    If a code is not accepted, it may be for one of several reasons:

    Pelotas Customised allows you to select the colour of several parts of your product and include a short text (maximum 7 characters on each shoe).

    Start the assisted customisation process following all steps to complete your design.

    The text must follow Camper’s guidelines. Camper reserves the right to reject any proposal.

    Camper will reject any text containing:

    - Swearing or inappropriate language

    - Offensive, violent or discriminating content.

    - Any content that Camper does not wish to include in the product.

    - Content which may infringe the commercial brand or author rights of third parties, including words, phrases, names of celebrities, professional sports teams and certain colours when combined with specific words or geographical designations.

  • Can I cancel a customized order?
