What sets Karst 2 apart is its supercritical ReXarge foam midsoles, our latest cushioning technology made from expanded EVA to absorb impact and return energy. The result? Faster recovery, an ultralight feel, and extra bounce in every step.
The science behind the bounce.
Supercritical foam is made by infusing nitrogen gas into EVA under high pressure. This creates thousands of tiny air pockets that make the foam lighter and bouncier. Plus:

- Made cleaner, with less waste and no toxic chemicals
More grip.
Just like the original, Karst 2 features a rugged outsole inspired by the landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, in Mallorca. Made with Vibram for grip, durability, and abrasion resistance. Select styles also feature Vibram’s Ecostep outsole, made with 30% recycled rubber.
Comfort, taken further.
Extra interior padding made from recycled PET and an anatomical OrthoLite® Recycled™ footbed with antimicrobial properties round out the feel-good design.
Soft uppers bring added comfort, with LWG Gold-certified leather options and textile styles featuring recycled PET jacquard, a breathable fabric engineered for durability.

The classic lace-up now comes in bold new colorways, including a vibrant neon yellow and mismatched TWINS options. Plus, Karst 2 is also available as a Mary Jane with easy hook-and-loop straps, including a technical mesh version.
