Great shoe but slightly defective.
The Camper Pelotas Twins consistently uphold their reputation for exceptional leather quality, design, and a superior fit. However, a notable concern has emerged regarding the eyestay construction on this particular model. Unlike other Pelotas/Pelotas Twins variations, this iteration lacks the reinforced thick leather surrounding the eyestay. Consequently, when the laces are tightened, the metal eyelets draw together, leading to creasing of the eyestay and an aesthetically undesirable distortion of the shoe's profile. This alteration significantly impacts the overall appearance of the footwear, presenting it as potentially flawed.
