The most common problems accessing my account are.
Wrong email address.
The format of 你的电子邮件地址必须是nombredeusuario@dominio.com (or .net, .org, etc.). If you have more than one email address, make sure you are using the correct combination of email address and password for the account you are trying to access.
Also, if your computer is set up to automatically display your email address, make sure the correct address is displayed.
The password is incorrect.
If you are sure that the email address you entered is correct, we recommend resetting your password.
