When will I get my refund if I return an order online?

If you return an online purchase via our website, we will examine the merchandise you returned and the reasons you have given for returning it.

Once we have determined that everything is in order, we will process your refund within 20 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date your return was received at our warehouse.

Funds will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the original purchase. It should hit your account 3 to 5 days after it is processed.
