Where did you buy it?
Select the type of repair you need and complete the rest of the form with the required information:


  • - Basic repair (20-25€*):Includes deep cleaning of surface and sole, new laces and insoles, deodorization, and shoe protection, exclusively at our taller in Inca.

  • - Premium repair (40-45€**): Includes major repairs on selected styles**, such as sole replacement due to wear or breakage, fixing linings, stitching, etc, at the taller.




    • *Shipping to our taller is included in the service fee. Alternatively, you can request the service in-store, drop off and pick up your shoes at no additional cost, or opt for home delivery after the repair for €5.

    **Premium repairs are guaranteed only for Pelotas Ariel, Peu Cami, and Peu Pista styles. Other styles must be evaluated and approved by our artisans. If your product comes with a Lifetime Guarantee, sole replacement is free for life.

    Once our artisans evaluate the possible repair of your shoes, we will email you the next steps. Our process is handcrafted and meticulous, so the estimated turnaround time is 6 to 8 weeks. In August and December, the timeframe may be extended.

    Please note that your shoes must be clean for both the evaluation and the repair.

To manage your request, we will need you to attach a full photo of the item and a photo of the area requiring cleaning or repair in order to determine if the selected service is the most suitable for your shoe. Any submissions that do not included these images will be rejected. It would also be helpful if you could send us images of the back and front of the shoe. The images must be less than 10 MB and saved as one of the following file formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, tif, tiff, bmp, png.
