Great Product, Terrible Service

The shoes are very good as normal but the purchasing experience was terrible. I had to chase customer service twice to get the shoes delivered and it eventually arrived weeks late. On top of that, you can't speak to anyone as they're using an AI bot to respond to mails. Clearly they don't care about customer service.

They lost my item and no information

I sent it back to change the size. They lost my new product sent for exchange. No one knows where it is and when it will reach me.
