Social Responsibility

We are proud of the factories we work with and hold them to the highest standards of quality and transparency, regardless of their location. Currently most of our production happens in Asia, where we have access to the latest technology and where rigorous quality control measures have been implemented.

An important part of our company strategy is our commitment to building long-term relationships with a small number of key partners. Taking this step allows us to build stronger and healthier relationships while gaining a deeper understanding of the issues which can arise throughout the production process.

Currently, 90 percent of our production comes from 3 factories. This move allows us to more closely monitor our production process and ensures a higher level of transparency from start to finish. We also made the decision to open a local office closer to our factories in order to work closer with our suppliers and solve incidents as soon as they are detected.

We strive to work with only the most reputable factories we can find which means guaranteeing that each person along every step of our supply chain is treated with fairness and dignity. With that in mind, we do everything we can to guarantee an environment free of discrimination and prejudice for all of our employees and partners.

These factories maintain our core principles which ensures high standards covering human rights and environmental policies. To guarantee that we are held responsible from start to finish, we have a code of conduct to which our factories must adhere. This code sets standards from the very beginning and aims to ensure our suppliers provide fair, safe, and non-discriminatory workplaces that do not harm workers, the community, or the environment.

Important aspects of our code of conduct include:
  • Freely chosen employment.
  • Prohibition of child labor.
  • Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
  • Satisfactory working conditions.
  • Paid working hours which are not excessive.
  • Discrimination is not practiced.
  • Fair living wages are paid.
  • Regular employment is provided.
  • Environmental standards maintained to specified high standards.

Apart from our code of conduct, we also audit our factories on a regular basis using auditors that are certified under the ISSAI. This process is on-going and reinforces our commitment to maintaining the high standards of our manufacturers.

In line with our aim to maximize transparency, we also provide a list of our factories, showing exactly where we produce our products.
