Perfekte Stiefletten

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den ganz besonders schönen Stiefletten. Schöne Farbe, hochwertiges Material. Passen zu allen Farben. Optimale Absatzhöhe, keine Kälte von unten. Nicht zu weit und nicht zu eng. Passen perfekt. Man zieht sie an und hat das Gefühl sie schon lange zu tragen.

Pourrait être plus confort

Elles sont raides au debut au niveau de la cheville mais s’assouplissent, il faut porter des chaussettes haute le temps qu’elles se fassent (environ 2 semaines). Un peu déçu du confort de la semelle, que j’imaginais plus amortissante à l’avant. Mais sinon elles semblent de qualité.

Couleur bordeau?

Les chaussures paraissent noires. La couleur bordeau n'est visible qu'en pleine lumière.La qualité du cuir n'est pas extraordinaire. Le cuir est fripé après les avoir porté 1jour...

Shoes average, awful customer service

I bought these on my birthday. At home I saw a welcome email which said I could get a 25% discount on my birthday. So I contacted Camper and long story short was told I will be sent the promo code for my next year's birthday as I registered a day after my actual birthday. I tried to explain that the purchase happened on my birthday so technically I am entitled to the discount. The advisor was clearly uninterested in Camper's image because the answers I got were mechanical, repeating the policy and not willing the understand the situation on human level. It left me with an incredibly bitter taste, especially when I didn't receive an answer to my final email where I expressed my genuine disappointment. I'm convinced they could apply the discount, only if they wanted to. I wouldn't bother with this brand anymore, the quality is NOTHING worth the high price, the attitude equals to a third grade small company. They saved their 40 pounds or so but lost a customer which surely told this story to as many people as possible.
