This website and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) and any other rules on our website. These T&Cs form a binding contract between you and GLOBAL-E SPAIN S.L., a Company incorporated in Spain, N.I.F B66809377 whose registered office is at Calle Diputación, 260 08007 Barcelona (Global-e). These T&Cs (including Global-e’s Privacy Policy referred to in “Personal data” below) only apply to purchases made in the Online store when Global-e operates the seller. Please read these T&Cs carefully before placing any orders on this website. We recommend to keep a copy of these T&Cs for future reference. By accessing and using this website you agree to these T&Cs, including any changes. If you do not wish to agree to these T&Cs, please do not further access and /or use this website. For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or contest, you need to agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to such a campaign, promotion or contest. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these T&Cs, these T&Cs shall prevail.

We only accept orders from those over 18.

CAMPER reserves the right to amend, modify and/or replace all or part of this website and the information and materials contained on it, as well as these T&Cs. Please check these T&Cs periodically for changes or modifications.

CAMPER has an agreement with Global-e, to make CAMPER’s products available to you for purchase from and delivered by Global-e. This allows you to buy such Products from Global-e in your local currency and at a price that may include any applicable sales taxes, depending on the delivery destination country, plus international delivery costs and fees and, if available for pre-payment, any import duties, tariffs and similar fees that may be imposed by the delivery destination country.

You are advised that the characteristics of the products you are buying, as well as the price, Delivery Costs and (if available for pre-payment) Import Charges, shall be those displayed to you by Global-e at the Checkout. Please make sure you review your checkout page so that you can identify and correct any input errors.


To use some of the services or features made available to you on this website, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Eligibility to purchase

In order to make a purchase through this website, you will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

By making an offer to purchase our products, you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and, where CAMPER feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit card number, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transaction.

Personal data

Global-e and CAMPER have entered into a collaboration to be able to offer the Product in your destination or region. Both parties process personal data of the customers as data controllers in their own rights. As two separate data controllers neither Global-e nor CAMPER control the processing of your personal data by the other party.

The privacy policy and additional provisions in these Terms govern the use of your personal data and use of cookies.

CAMPER will also process your personal data to be able to ship the products ordered by you, to facilitate any product returns and to be able to provide customer service for you. CAMPER may also use your personal data for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable laws and subject to your consent if such is needed.

Global-e will process your payment of the Products. Global-e will take reasonable care to keep he details of you Order and payment secure, but (in the absence of material negligence on their part) neither CAMPER nor Global-e can be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the web.

The products shown on this website are only a selection of the CAMPER catalogue. This collection has been especially chosen for the CAMPER online web shop. The availability of our products is in real time, meaning that it is possible that selected products may not be in stock.  The online web shop of CAMPER does not accept any responsibility for any lack of stock of any of the models displayed.

How to buy

CAMPER uses the following purchase procedure:

The item(s) you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding shopping cart icon on this website.

The shopping cart will include the reference number of the selected item(s), the name, size and price (including any applicable sales taxes).

In the shopping cart, we will show you a summary identifying the item(s) to be purchased, the total price (including VAT and shipment costs).

After selecting the item(s), you have to fill in an order form. This order form will request personal data and payment information for the purpose of processing the order(s). Please remember that all data must be completely accurate in order to avoid confusion or problems in sending the item(s) purchased.

By placing an order via the Checkout, you acknowledge that the seller is Global-e and not CAMPER.

Order Confirmation

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail message from Global-e which will contain the relevant details of your Order. Please note, this does not constitute Global-e’s acceptance of your Order to buy the Products – it only constitutes an acknowledgement of your Order. Your Order is not accepted (and therefore no commitment is made to provide you with the Product), and no contract for the sale of such Product shall come into effect, until your Order is specifically accepted and a confirmation email is sent ("Order Confirmation").

Before submitting, you have the possibility yourself to edit any information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address or credit card information, or change or delete items in your shopping cart.

If the payment method you selected at Checkout supports an authorization mechanism (e.g. most credit/debit cards), then when you place your Order the applicable amount will only be authorized. You will be charged only after the Product has been dispatched to you, unless the Order is a ‘pre-order’ or a similar type of order, in which case the charge could be made even before the Product has been dispatched, depending on the particulars of the pre-ordered Product. If the payment method you selected does not support authorization mechanism, the charge will be immediate upon placing the Order (or such other timing set by that specific payment method you used, if applicable). Please note that you will be charged the full Order amount even if the Order is dispatched in parts. Where Paypal/PayPal Express is offered as a payment method, the full amount of your purchase may be taken immediately following the placement of your Order. Pre-Payment shall not affect your legal rights under these Terms (including for example any right of refund). If shipping, delivery or fulfilment obligations cannot be performed (subject to these Terms), you will be notified via email and a refund of the pre-payment will be made without delay.

Global-e makes the appropriate efforts to process and fulfil any Order as quickly as possible. However, your Order may be declined, upon notice to you if: (a) the Products are unavailable (in which case, if the payment was processed, Global-e will refund you in accordance with these Terms); or (b) Global-e is unable to verify the payment information you provided.

Global-e may, if it suspects someone's identity, address, email address and/or payment information is being used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner, also require additional verifications or information before accepting any Order.

Global-e is under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with the contract. Furthermore, nothing in these Terms affects consumers legal rights in relation to Products that are not in conformity with the contract, whether because they are faulty, not as described or otherwise.

Pricing policy

Prices shown on this website are in your local currency and include all applicable taxes, with the exception of those that are expressly excluded. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on this website at the time the order is submitted will be honored. CAMPER will not be responsible for any special duties, custom duties or additional costs for deliveries. CAMPER reserves the right to modify its retail prices at any time, except for orders that already have been made.

Likewise, Global-e reserves the right to update prices due to variation of the exchange rates between the base currency and your local currency, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect final pricing of the Product. You will be charged according to the applicable exchange rate at the time you actually make your Order via the Checkout as displayed on the Checkout.

Payment methods and security         

We accept orders at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

You may pay with the payment methods specified at Checkout. The availability of such payment methods is dependent on your geographical location. When being charged, the descriptor you will see shall include Global-e identified as ‘Global-e’ and will substantially look like this: **Global-e//merchant** or **Global-e//Merchant**.

You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you will be charged by Global-e or one of its third party payment processors ("Payment Processor"), through the payment method you have selected at Checkout for such Order and such other amounts payable under these Terms that may be due in connection with the Order; (ii) you will provide valid and current information about yourself; (iii) Global-e may use the tools, software or services of Payment Processors to process transactions on its behalf; and (iv) you may be charged bank or credit/debit card issuer with additional fees (such as foreign transaction fee or cross border fee) or surcharges imposed by your bank or credit/debit card issuer, and those are not Global-e charges or fees, and Global-e has no control over this nor does Global-e have any way to mitigate this, as this is purely up to the relationship and commercial terms between you and your bank or credit/debit card issuer, and Global-e also has no way of knowing in advance whether you will be charged such fees or surcharges, as each bank and credit/debit card issuer has its own policy, and Global-e commitment is to acquire the amount set at Checkout in your local currency.

Global-e will process your payment for the Product. Global-e will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but (in the absence of material negligence) Global-e cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Purchase limit

Customers wishing to buy more than 5 pairs of shoes must contact the Customer Service Department of CAMPER E-shop, where they will be given detailed information about purchasing options.

Purchase guarantee

We will only be able to fulfill an order if the delivery address is a usual place of residence or place of employment located in one of the countries listed at this website

The items offered through this website are a selection of products from the CAMPER collection and meet the same requirements in terms of quality and guarantees as those sold through CAMPER stores.

CAMPER aims to display the colors of its shoes as closely as possible to the actual color. However, the color of the shoes may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the monitor of your computer. For this reason, CAMPER cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor are an exact reproduction of the original.

Special offers, promotions and discounts will be valid until the indicated date or no further stock remains whichever is the earliest. Our shoes are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years, starting as from the day of purchase.

Deliveries and insurance

You acknowledge and agree that Global-e or one of its third-party fulfilment services providers acting on its behalf (each a "Fulfilment Provider") may handle the delivery and fulfilment of your Order, and that Global-e has sole discretion as to the Fulfilment Provider it chooses to use.

Please note that not all Products can be delivered anywhere (due to limitations imposed on the Product or by the destination) but the Checkout will not permit you to submit your Order if the Product cannot be delivered to your specified address.

Delivery will be complete when the Product will be delivered to the address which you specify when ordering (that may include the port of entrance to the destination as specified on the Checkout, in case you have selected not to pre-pay customs duties).

Different parts of your order may be delivered on different dates. Unless otherwise stated, and subject to applicable laws, delivery dates given on Checkout (or on the webstore) are estimates only. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances (pre-order for example). Delivery timeframes are affected by your delivery address and the delivery method selected. Global-e is unable to specify an exact delivery date and time.

Neither CAMPER nor Global-e have liability for any losses arising from delay in delivery to the extent that this is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control and where neither CAMPER could not have taken reasonable steps to deal with the delay. For example, delays resulting from customs clearance procedures or other actions of relevant authorities are generally outside our control, or delays resulting directly from your actions or omissions.

If you order any personalized Product(s), the manufacturing time for such personalized Product(s) is added to the delivery time and may postpone the delivery.

If you receive notification of an unsuccessful attempted delivery, it is your responsibility to use the details provided to contact the delivery company to arrange re-delivery. If you have selected a delivery method that does not require a delivery to be signed for and nobody is available to receive the Product, we reserve the right to leave them at the doorstep, hall or reception as available at your own risk.

Title to, and ownership of the Product you order shall pass in accordance with these Terms, in the dispatch country before export (where the contract for the sale of Product is concluded).

The title to and ownership of the Product ordered is passed to you the moment the Product is dispatched to you (provided you have made full payment of the Product price plus delivery charges and any other charges payable under these Terms, as applicable).

Risk of damage or loss to the Product passes to you on delivery to you or to somebody identified by you to carry or take possession of the Product on your behalf.

Cancellation of orders

If you are a “Consumer” and a resident of a member state of the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway ("EEA"), you have a “cooling-off” right to cancel your Order subject to the provisions set out below. This right is not affected by any separate returns policy in these Terms.

The “cooling-off” cancellation period will expire after 14 days after the day of delivery.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Global-e of your decision to cancel your Order by a clear statement (made through the help center portal available here). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

There is NO right to cancel Orders for goods made to your specifications or which are clearly personalized.

Only the buyer will be entitled to receive a refund of the purchase price. In no event will a person who has received the product as a gift be entitled to receive a refund. If you are a Gift Recipient and wish to return a product, please contact us to discuss your options.
