Regarding the company, and for the purpose of determining the policies to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, we will identify the companies responsible, such as Camper Group, which in turn is made up of other companies, in addition to RURALMED. Pursuant to the Organic Law on the protection of data of a personal nature, and all other relevant applicable legislation currently in force, Users are hereby informed that whenever applicable, the personal details they provide shall be stored on an automated file that shall be used solely for the purposes described in the corresponding form or agreement.

In-store data collection

 

If you have purchased items in a CAMPER physical store or in a store with which CAMPER has formalised some form of agreement, you may have been asked to provide your email address. CAMPER will use your email address in order to send you an e-receipt, process the item guarantee, keep you up-to-date with CAMPER’s activities and enable you to take advantage of our promotions. You are hereby informed that CAMPER may send information from any of the CAMPER companies if it considers that the information provided may be of interest to you and it is related to the products and services you are interested in. You are informed that the legal grounds for the lawfulness of processing data for these purposes are compliance with the business or contractual relationship established with you and the consent provided, as and when appropriate, as well as the legitimate interests of CAMPER and CAMPER companies.  We also inform you that you may oppose the processing of your data in order to send information of interest to you at the following link or by sending an email to customercare@camper.es.

Registration form and details for sending e-shop purchases  

 

If you have registered as a customer or placed an order with CAMPER, you are hereby informed that CAMPER shall use your data solely to maintain your registration on our website, provide you with order tracking details, deliver your order, keep you up-to-date with CAMPER activity and enable you to take advantage of our promotions. Data corresponding to contacts obtained via the contact form  

 

CAMPER shall use your personal details, provided by means of the form included to this effect, to answer the queries posed on the aforementioned form, in accordance with the consent provided on the form. These details shall not be transferred to any third parties other than CAMPER group companies, should the query require this action. Likewise, you are hereby informed that your personal details regarding the query shall be stored on CAMPER files for a period of one year.  

 

Data corresponding to legal entities and self-employed customers and suppliers 

 

If you have provided your details as the contact for a business customer or supplier or as a self-employed person, either as a customer or supplier for any of the companies that comprise the CAMPER Group, you are hereby informed that CAMPER shall use the data solely in order to maintain the contractual relationship and shall not transfer them to third parties, other than CAMPER Group companies, if necessary for the provision of the service, and exclusively for that purpose. The data provided shall be conserved for the duration of the contractual relationship or for the number of years necessary in order to ensure compliance with all legal obligations. Likewise, we hereby inform you that as a customer or supplier of any of the CAMPER Group companies, any of the group’s companies may send you commercial information via the means you have provided, including email, pursuant to the basis of legitimate interest regulated by the General Data Protection Regulation. Candidates’ data

 

In the event that you have contacted us for a job opportunity through the form on this website established for this purpose or sent your resume directly to the contact email we inform you that, in accordance with the provisions of the data protection legislation, the personal data provided will be processed by CAMPER to manage your application in the current or future selection processes under the protection of CAMPER in the application of pre-contractual measures provided for in art. 6.1.b) of the RGPD as well as in the express consent given when submitting or sending your resume about other data that are not strictly professional or so that we can transfer them to other companies of the Group where your professional profile could be a better fit.

Your data will be kept as long as you do not revoke the consent given or request the cancellation / deletion of your data or opposition to treatment, in order to be able to count you in the event that in the future there is an application that fits your profile and without prejudice to its conservation while the legal obligations that affect CAMPER persist, who may periodically ask you to review and update the personal data contained in your curriculum vitae.

Claims and complaints

 

If, for any reason, you have made a claim or complaint to any CAMPER Group company, you are hereby informed that CAMPER shall use the details solely to resolve your claim or complaint. The legal grounds is the contractual relationship entered into by you. Camper shall not transfer said details to third parties other than CAMPER Group companies, and only if so required by the nature of your claim or complaint and exclusively for that purpose. The data provided shall be conserved for the number of years necessary in order to ensure compliance with all legal obligations, until such as time that the object of your claim or complaint has expired.   

 

Exercise of rights common to all personal details   

 

You are entitled to receive confirmation as to whether any of the CAMPER companies are processing your personal details. You also have the right to access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction of processing and portability of your personal details, as well as to revoke your consent. Obligation of secrecy regarding the processing of your details   

 

The persons involved in the processing of details corresponding to natural persons and that have direct or indirect access to their files, shall at all times abide by the obligation to keep secret the personal details they have knowledge of during the course of their activity. The Obligation of Secrecy is mandatory for the CAMPER Group, the members of its executive and management bodies, the persons hired under the terms and conditions of Employment Law and professionals that provide services contracted under the provisions of Business Law. It is also an obligation for goods and service suppliers and their employees, processing controllers and their employees, any entities subcontracted by the processing controllers and their employees. The obligation of secrecy remains in force following the termination of the employment or business relationship entered into with the CAMPER Group, the data controller, as well as following termination of all employment contracts and business agreements, etc. that bind employees and/or professionals to the data controller and the suppliers that provide the CAMPER Group with goods or services.  

 

With the exception of companies that form part of the CAMPER Group and for the purposes stipulated above and the cases detailed below, we do not sell, trade or transfer in any manner whatsoever your personal details to third parties without providing you with prior notification, pursuant to the data protection legislation currently in force. All members of CAMPER appreciate the need to ensure the privacy and protection of your personal details and apply similar privacy policies. Your data may be transferred to partners hosting websites and third parties that collaborate with us on the design and use of the website, the provision of services or the analysis of the data collected.

Said websites and webpages have been created by natural persons, legal entities or entities without legal personality that are unconnected to the CAMPER Group, which does not intervene in their management, finance them, adopt decisions regarding the contents thereof, manage or participate in the services provided by the linked or recommended websites/webpages. The CAMPER Group shall erase any links and shall refrain from recommending websites/ webpages when it has irrefutable proof that they and/or the services they provide are unlawful or harm the rights of third parties that may be entitled to compensation.
