TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF CUSTOMIZABLE PELOTAS

I. Deliveries

Delivery times for the product Customizable Pelotas will be as follows:

Dispatch time will be 4 weeks, and will be subject to stock availability.

Dispatch time will start counting as of the moment in which the payment of the requested product is completed.

Delivery time will be between 1 and 10 working days after dispatch.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on bank holidays in each particular region. All items purchases from CAMPER are delivered by using a recognized international courier companies. Deliveries will be made to any usual place of residence or place of employment located in any of the countries where the product is available. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Once the items have been signed for, they are the responsibility of the consumer. We do not deliver items to PO boxes. II. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges of this product are not allowed, as it is a customised product, made according to your own specifications.

The only returns and exchanges allowed will be in the case the product has a manufacturing default or quality issue.

Returns of customised products will not be allowed unless such returns have been previously authorised by the company ALARO S.R.L.In order to return a product you shall send a photograph of the defective product to customercare@camper.com, indicating the manufacturing default or quality issue. You shall also provide the date of the order, as well as the invoice number.

If we deem the return to be pertinent, due to an existing manufacturing default or quality issue, CAMPER shall be responsible for the costs of returning the item/s.

In the event the return is not considered pertinent, we shall inform you of the reasons why it is not pertinent.

When sending items for return or exchange the products should be preferably packaged in their original box, and sent by ordinary certified mail to the address as indicated below:

You may send the items through the courier service that you choose or through the company Camper puts at your disposal, if you choose the second option you will only have to follow the steps which are explained at camper.com and a courier will come to your home to pick up the package (you can verify here whether this option is available for your country).

CAMPER aims to display the colours of its shoes as closely as possible to the actual colour. However, the colour of the shoes may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the monitor of your computer. For this reason, CAMPER cannot guarantee that the colours shown on your monitor are an exact reproduction of the original. To the extent of the return or exchange of a product customised according to your specifications, it shall not be deemed a manufacturing default or quality issue the eventual variation of the actual colour with regard to the colour of the product as displayed in your monitor.

III. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before the manufacturing process has started

In the event the manufacturing process of your customised product has already started (i.e. it is being made according to your specifications), you will not be able to cancel your order.

The manufacturing process will not start until the payment of the requested product by any of the means accepted by CAMPER in its general Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) has been completed.

Prices shown on this website are in EUROs or USD, depending on de country you have selected, and include all applicable taxes, with the exception of those that are expressly excluded. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on this website at the time the order is submitted will be honoured. CAMPER will not be responsible for any special duties, custom duties or additional costs for deliveries. CAMPER reserves the right to modify its retail prices at any time, except for orders that already have been made.

IV. Applicability of the Term and conditions to Customizable Pelotas orders.

The terms and conditions herein shall only be applicable to Customizable Pelotas orders, which are placed according to your specifications. In those matters not regulated in these terms and conditions, CAMPER’s T&Cs shall apply.

CAMPER reserves the right to amend, modify and/or replace all or part of this website and the information and materials contained on it, as well as these T&Cs. Please check these T&Cs periodically for changes or modifications.
