Dispatch times are as follows:
· In stock: 24 to 72 hours.
· Available in our central warehouses: 7 days. Usually dispatched within one week.
· Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The delivery time is between 1 and 10 working days after dispatch.
· Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on bank holidays in each particular region. All items purchases from CAMPER are delivered by using a recognized international courier companies.
Returns and Exchanges
· If you wish to return an item(s), you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item(s).
· The product must not have been used.
· The product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is not available, it should be replaced with packaging of a similar size and capacity.
· Returns and exchanges must be made through our E-shop. You should return your items to:

· You may cancel your order(s) at any time before your order(s) has been sent and receive a full refund.
· If your order has been sent (i.e. has already left our warehouses) you will have to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order, although any such cancellation is subject to certain terms and conditions (see "Returns and exchanges").
· You may also contact our Customer Service Helpline to cancel your order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

Eligibility to purchase
In order to make a purchase through this website, you will be requested and provide some of your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items you will be required to provide payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
By making an offer to purchase our products you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks. This includes but is not limited to your credit card number to validate your credit card and to authorize individual purchase transaction.
The products shown on this website are only a selection of the CAMPER catalogue. This collection has been especially chosen for the CAMPER online web shop. The availability of our products is in real time, meaning that it is possible that selected products may not be in stock. The online web shop of CAMPER does not accept any responsibility for any lack of stock of any of the models displayed.

How to buy
CAMPER uses the following purchase procedure:
The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding shopping cart icon on this website.
The shopping cart will include the reference number of the selected item(s), the name, size and price (including VAT).
In the shopping cart we will show you a summary identifying the item(s) to be purchased, the total price (including VAT and shipment costs).
After selecting the item(s), you have to fill in an order form. This order form will request personal data and payment information for the purpose of processing the order(s). Please remember that all data must be completely accurate in order to avoid confusion or problems in sending the item(s) purchased.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail message from CAMPER confirming that your order has been registered (order confirmation). This order confirmation will, among others, include information such as identification of the item(s) purchased, the total price (including VAT and shipment costs) and the delivery details.
If you made an error when placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Helpline who will be happy to assist you. However, please always make sure to review your offer before placing it. Before submitting, you have the possibility yourself to edit any information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address or credit card information, or change or delete items in your shopping cart.
Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary communications problem with the network or a mistake in writing your e-mail address. In both cases, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com . We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item or that the item ordered is out of stock. In the event that ordered items are out of stock, you shall be informed by e-mail and any payments will be refunded if the payment was already processed.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from this website whether or not that merchandise has been sold as a consequence of deletions , screening or editing any materials or content on this website. In this case we cannot process the transaction.
Prices shown on this website are in EUROs (€) and include all applicable taxes, with the exception of those that are expressly excluded. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on this website at the time the order is submitted will be honored. CAMPER will not be responsible for any special duties, custom duties or additional costs for deliveries. CAMPER reserves the right to modify its retail prices at any time, except for orders that already have been made.
Payment methods and security
We accept orders at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
CAMPER will only accept payments made by using credit or debit cards, electronic payment systems, cash on delivery, or banking transfer upon availability as shown on the payment page, according to the country to which the order is sent. No other form of payment other than those mentioned before will be accepted.
You need to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. The validity of all credit/debit cards and the authorization by the cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to CAMPER, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable care to make this website secure. In order to ensure secure payment transactions, CAMPER uses a secured payment system. This means that all confidential data (e.g. credit card number and expiry date) are encrypted and transmitted directly, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to a secured server.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, insofar as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.
CAMPER will not accept any responsibility for delays in delivering merchandise resulting from lack of authorization by the bank.
We dispatch orders from several locations. Orders with multiple products may be split to expedite delivery. In such cases, we will inform you via email.
CAMPER reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons. Customers affected will be notified. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot verify the shipment and/or billing details, but we shall notify you if this happens. We further reserve the right not to accept and/or cancel an order if we believe the buyer is obtaining the items for re-sale.
Customers wishing to buy more than 5 pairs of shoes must contact the Customer Service Department of CAMPER E-shop, where they will be given detailed information about purchasing options.
We will only be able to fulfill an order if the delivery address is a usual place of residence or place of employment located in Germany.
The items offered through this website are a selection of products from the CAMPER collection and meet the same requirements in terms of quality and guarantees as those sold through CAMPER stores.
Each product is accompanied by the following details:

CAMPER aims to display the colors of its shoes as closely as possible to the actual color. However, the color of the shoes may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the monitor of your computer. For this reason, CAMPER cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor are an exact reproduction of the original.
Special offers, promotions and discounts will be valid until the indicated date or no further stock remains whichever is the earliest. Our shoes are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years, starting as from the day of purchase. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Deliveries and insurance
CAMPER insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. All orders are delivered by international courier companies.
Dispatch times are as follows:

Deliveries will be made to any usual place of residence or place of employment located in Germany.
All deliveries must be signed for on reception. Once the items have been signed for, they are the responsibility of the consumer. We do not deliver items to PO boxes. Deliveries may also be made to any of the stores managed directly by Valldemossa GmbH. Click here to check the addresses of our stores in Germany.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on bank holidays. All items purchased from CAMPER are delivered by using a recognized international courier companies.
In order to prevent problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, not finding anyone at the address) the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the box with a contact telephone number.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail providing you with the parcel tracking number assigned by the courier company responsible for delivering your item(s). You will be then able to track your order. If you have ordered more than one pair of shoes, we will wait until all items in the order are available before we ship them, as we do not make partial deliveries.
All items delivered by CAMPER remain our property until CAMPER has received your payment.

Right to cancel
If you are consumer in the sense of Sec. 13 German Civil Code [BGB], i.e., you conclude the legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity, then you may cancel your contract in text format (e.g. by letter, e-mail) within 14 days without stating any reason, or – if the goods are delivered to you before the expiration of this deadline - return the goods. This period begins to run only with the receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the delivery of the goods to the recipient (in the case of repeat delivery of the same sort of goods, then not before delivery of the first partial delivery) and also not before the performance of our duty to inform according to Article 246 Sec. 2 in connection with Sec. 1 para. 1 and 2 Introductory Act to the German Civil Code and also our duties according to Sec. 312 e para. 1, sent. 1 German Civil Code in conjunction with Art. 246 Sec. 3 Introductory Act to the German Civil Code. To satisfy the cancellation deadline it is sufficient to send either the cancellation or the goods in good time. The notice of revocation should be sent to:

Legal consequences of cancellation or return
In the event of effective cancellation, any performance mutually received must be returned and, where applicable, derived benefits (e.g., interest) must be surrendered. Should you be unable to return the received goods to us, or only in part, or only in deteriorated condition, then you may have to compensate us for the loss in value. In the case of goods surrendered this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods was caused exclusively by inspection as it might easily have been possible in a shop. You can, incidentally, avoid such obligation of value compensation for a deterioration arising for intended use of the goods by not using the goods like a proprietor and by refraining from anything that may impair their value. Goods that can be sent by parcel can be returned at our expense. Goods that cannot be sent by parcel will be picked up at your address. Obligations to reimburse payment have to be fulfilled in between 30 days. For you, this deadline begins with the sending of your notice of cancellation or the goods to us, for us it starts with the receipt of your cancellation or the goods.
End of instruction about your right of cancellation
To cancel an order before it left our warehouse, you should send the cancellation notice by letter or email as indicated above or enter the section “My Order” and enter the order number and e-mail address used. The system will show the order details. If the “Cancel” option is shown, you may click on it to cancel the order. If this option is not shown, it means that your order has already left our warehouses and cannot be cancelled; however, you may return your order once it has been received, subject to the conditions for Returns.
You may also contact our Customer Service Helpline to cancel your order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
Returns and exchanges
In addition to your abovementioned right to cancel, if you are not satisfied after receiving your order, you have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item(s). In order to return or exchange an order, you must check that it meets the following criteria:
· The item must not have been used.
· The item must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is not available, it should be replaced with packaging of a similar size and capacity.
· The item must be delivered to our offices (see addresses below) within 30 days of receipt of your order.
CAMPER does not allow exchanges in multi-brand stores selling CAMPER products. Furthermore, CAMPER does also not permit the return of items to the online store that have been purchased in CAMPER stores or any multi-brand store that sells CAMPER shoes.
When sending items for return or exchange the products should be preferably packaged in their original box, and sent by ordinary certified mail to the address as indicated below (and also during the return process). You may send the items through the courier service that you choose or through the company Camper puts at your disposal. If you choose the second option you will only have to follow the steps which are explained at http://www.camper.com/en_DE/at_cliente_faq.xhtml?faq=54# and a courier will come to your home to pick up the package.

If you wish to return an item after expiry of the abovementioned cancellation deadline, please follow the following steps:
· enter the “Your Orders” section and enter the order number and e-mail address used.
· The system will show you the details of the order and the return option. Click on this option and indicate the model(s) you wish to return.
Once we have received the item(s) and checked that it/they comply with the requirements as detailed above, CAMPER will refund the price you paid for the item(s) including the initial delivery costs and the direct costs of returning the item(s) within 30 working days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice or from the day on which we received the goods.
If the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing default or quality issue for which CAMPER is responsible, we will refund the entire amount paid within 10 working days. The refund will be made automatically to the credit card or account indicated by the customer, depending on the payment method used by the customer.
Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. This does not apply if you make use of your right to cancellation as described above.
In order to request a change of size or model, please follow the following steps:
· Enter the “Your Orders” section and enter the order number and e-mail address used.
· The system will show you the details of the order and the exchange option. Click on this option, indicate the models you wish to exchange, and select the reason why you want to exchange.
In the case of exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for all delivery and collection costs. Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Once we have received the items, we will send you the new size or model(s), using the same service as for the original purchase.
Our Customer Service Department has an after-sales service to help solve any problem related to our items or deliveries, offering customers a fast and efficient response.

Limits on our liability
We are liable for compensation of any foreseeable damages only to the extent that these were caused through slight negligence and only in case of a breach of an essential contractual obligation (“cardinal obligation”). In the event of death, or injuries to health or body we are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Any liability pursuant to the Product Liability Act is not affected. Any other liability is excluded.
We are not liable for the reacquisition of data, unless we caused their destruction by intent or through gross negligence and the Customer has determined that the data can be reconstructed with reasonable effort from data material that is available in machine-readable format.
Insofar as any liability by us is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of our employees, representatives and vicarious agents.
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us and absolve us immediately on demand, together with our officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of these T&Cs by you including the use by any other person accessing this website using your account as a result of your action or inaction.
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and CAMPER as a result of these T&Cs or your use of this website. You agree that you may not and will not present yourself as a representative, agent or employee of CAMPER and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.
If you breach the T&Cs and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the T&Cs.
