The sign on the wooden door is both a welcome and a warning. Beyond the stone walls of Son Fortesa—home of Fundación Camper in Alaró, Mallorca—lies a space for radical experimentation. Since 2009, the foundation has gathered students and practitioners for a ten-day creative exchange in the rural heart of the island. For its tenth edition, the “camp” focuses—or deliberately unfocuses—on a singular theme: Infinite Chaos.

CAMP 10: Caos Infinito! explores how human ideas and errors can disrupt “SuperModels”, the large-scale systems shaping our society. As techno-capitalism enforces conformity and algorithms sanitize creativity, the need for real, tactile counter-models has never been greater. This project proves that chaos is a vital force, bringing much-needed disorder and freedom back into the creative process.

From experimental video and sound installations to shoe designs, the works reject digital “perfection” to embrace the beauty of mistakes, wild improvisation, and absolute unpredictability. The result is pure, (un)intentional chaos, created on the island Camper calls home.
