  • Can I buy my Campers over the phone?

    If you prefer to make a purchase over the phone, please contact our Customer Service Department.

    All you need to do is give us the reference number of the model you want (you can find it in 00000-000 format on our website), the size you need and the shipping and payment details so we can deliver your order. Contact us

  • Can I order models that are not available on the website?

    If the model you want does not appear on the website, please contact our Customer Service Department and provide:

    -Your full name and a contact telephone number.

    -The reference number of the model you want (in 00000-000 format). If you don't know the number, provide as much information as possible: name of the line, colour, etc.

    -The size you need.

    We will do everything we can to find the model you want or one as similar as possible. Contact us

  • How do I buy online?

    1. Make sure that the "shipping to" country is the same country where the order is to be delivered. If not, you can change it by going to the list of countries we ship to.

    2. Choose the product/s you like, indicate the size and add them to your bag. You can select a maximum of 5 items. You can also see the products in your bag at any time.

    3. When you are ready to complete your purchase, just go to the bag and click on Check out now.

    4. Fill in the delivery and payment details on the form. To confirm, click on Submit order.

    5. If the system validates your details, the order will be confirmed and you will see the purchase confirmation with your order number. This information is also sent to you by email.

  • Viewing products

    Camper always tries to show shoe colours in a way that reflects their actual appearance. Even so, the perception of colours may vary depending on the lighting, the screen settings of your computer monitor or other factors beyond our control.

  • What currency are prices shown in?

    Depending on the country, our prices are listed in Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Danish Kroner, Sterling Pounds, Turkish Lira, Mexican Pesos or Japanese Yens.

    The prices shown are always the retail prices, with all applicable taxes included, except in Canada, the United States and Russia. In these countries, the tax is calculated once you select the state or region to which the order in your shopping bag will be sent.

    In order to make online purchases as safe as possible, Camper uses a secure payment system: data transfers are protected by up to 256-bit SSL encryption, and bank transactions are conducted directly between the customers and their financial institution. This ensures that no one outside the WorldPay Customer Payments system can access customer card details.

    Our server also encrypts all personal data to guarantee the confidentiality and security of your transaction.

    For card payments, depending on the type of card and country of issue, we use the 3D Secure payment system, which incorporates additional security measures to prevent the unauthorised use of your card.

    Camper reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons. In such cases, the affected customers will be notified.

    We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to verify the shipping and billing information, or if we believe that the customer has placed an order with the intention of reselling the merchandise.

    The Camper website uses continental European sizes. If you are not familiar with this system, you can use the following conversion chart to find the right size:

    Camper does not make half sizes. If you have any questions about the sizing of a particular model, please Contact us

  • What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping costs vary depending on the number and size of the chosen items and the country to which they are being shipped.

    During certain promotional periods, shipping costs will be waived. These limited-time offers will be announced on our website or in the newsletters.

  • Where are deliveries made?

    Orders can be delivered to any address in any of the countries listed on our website, with the exception of addresses in remote or hard-to-reach locations.

    We can also have your order shipped to one of our Camper stores (excluding franchises) in any country where this service is offered. See the Store List

    Please remember that we do not dispatch orders to post office boxes, and we will not be held responsible for safe delivery if the customer gives a PO box as the shipping address.

    Please provide a contact phone number for any problems that may arise at the time of delivery (wrong address, consignee not available at time of delivery, etc.).

    Items purchased at Camper.com are normally shipped with DHL or UPS.

  • Shipping to PO boxes

    We do not dispatch orders to post office boxes, and we will not be held responsible for safe delivery if the customer gives a PO box as the shipping address.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method used. Delivery times are approximate and are estimated according to the service schedule of the shipping companies we use.

    If the shipping address is in a remote location, delivery time may be delayed by approximately 1 day.

    Bear in mind that all delivery times are given in business days, counting from the date on which the order is shipped from our warehouse. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

    We do not make separate deliveries for a single order. If one of the products you have ordered is not in stock, we will wait until all the items are ready before shipping your order.

  • How long does it take to dispatch an order?

    Orders are dispatched on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from:

  • Can I track my order?

  • What kind of guarantees are offered for shoes bought online?

    All of our shoes come with a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

    The items offered on our website are selected from the Camper collection, with the same high standards of quality and guarantees that Camper offers on all its products.

  • How can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

    You can cancel your order at any time, provided it has not already been dispatched. Bear in mind that orders are dispatched on the next business day (Monday to Friday) after they are placed.

    To cancel an order, go to Your orders and enter the order number and the email address provided when you placed it. The system will display the details of that order, and if the Cancel option is visible you can click on it to cancel the order. Once you have cancelled the order, you will receive a confirmation by email. If this option is not visible on the screen, it means that your order has already been dispatched and cannot be cancelled.

    If the order has already left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it once it has been delivered. You may return online orders to a Camper store within the same country of purchase or via the online returns policy.

  • Can I exchange my shoes for another size or model?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (size, colour, etc.), you have 30 days to exchange it.

  • What should I do if the shoes I bought at a store have a manufacturing defect?

    At Camper, total customer satisfaction is our top priority.

    If you believe that your shoes have a manufacturing defect, take them back to the store where you bought them, along with the purchase receipt. Our staff will check them for defects on the spot.

    If you are unable to return to the store where you bought them, Contact us.

    Remember that our shoes come with a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

  • Can I repair my Camper shoes?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a shoe repair service.

  • When will I get my refund if I return an order online?

    If you return an online purchase via our website, we will examine the merchandise you returned and the reasons you have given for returning it.

    Once we have determined that everything is in order, we will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date your return was received at our warehouse.

    Funds will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the original purchase. It should hit your account 3 to 5 days after it is processed.

  • Returning orders paid by wire transfer

    If you choose to return an online purchase via our website that was originally paid by wire transfer we will need you to provide your IBAN, SWIFT code or BIC number in order to process the refund.

  • Can I exchange or return an item purchased with a promotional code?

    In general, an item can only be returned if it meets the following conditions:

    -The item has not been used (applies to both exchanges and returns)

    -Less than 30 days have passed since you received or acquired the item

    -In the case of manufacturing defects, less than 1 year has passed since you received or acquired the item

    Online returns:

    In addition to meeting the requirements stated above, the item must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, replace it with packaging of a similar size and capacity.

    If all these conditions are met, Camper will refund the cost of your purchase less the original and return shipping costs. If you are returning an item because of its poor quality or a manufacturing defect attributable to Camper, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

    We will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after we receive the returned merchandise. Once it has been processed, the refund will be sent by the same method used to make the original payment.

    The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. Camper will not accept COD shipments under any circumstances.

    Only products purchased at Camper.com can be returned or exchanged via our website.

  • Can I exchange or return an item purchased with a promotional code?

    Any purchase made using a promotional code comes with all the usual Camper guarantees.

    If you choose to return an item and ask for a refund, you will be refunded the applicable amount based on what you originally paid.

    Camper is under no obligation to replace the promotional code used to purchase the returned item.

  • How can I use my promotional code on Camper.com?

    In order to benefit from a special offer, you need to enter the promotional code during check-out.

    In Your bag, you will see a field that says I have a promotional codeon the right side of the screen. To use the promotional code, enter the code in this field and click on Apply.

    If the code is valid, a message will appear confirming that it has been applied, and the terms and price of your purchase will be modified if applicable.

    If you decide not to use it, you can delete it by clicking on Remove promotion.

  • Why doesn't my promotional code work on Camper.com?

    If a code is not accepted, it may be because of one of the following reasons:

    -You may have forgotten to click on "Apply" after entering the code in the field.

    -The code you entered may be incomplete or contain an error.

    In either case, if you have not yet submitted your order, go back to "Your bag", enter the code again and click on "Apply".

    Remember that it is your responsibility to make sure the promotional code has been applied correctly before completing your purchase.

    Promotional codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

    -Your promotional code may have expired.

    -Your code may be limited to certain products or purchases to be shipped to certain countries.

    In these cases, check the expiry date in the information you received and review the details and terms of the promotion.
