Each product is accompanied by the following details:

CAMPER aims to display the colors of its shoes as closely as possible to the actual color. However, the color of the shoes may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the monitor of your computer. For this reason, CAMPER cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor are an exact reproduction of the original.

Our shoes are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year, starting as from the day of purchase. This guarantee does not affect or limit your statutory guarantees (see below for further information on your statutory guarantees).

CAMPER insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. All orders are delivered by international courier companies.

Dispatch times are as follows:

Deliveries will be made to any usual place of residence or place of employment located in Australia.

All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Once the items have been signed for, they are the responsibility of the consumer. We do not deliver items to PO boxes.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on public holidays in Australia. All items purchased from CAMPER are delivered using recognized international courier companies.

In order to prevent problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, not finding anyone at the address) the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the box with a contact telephone number.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail providing you with the parcel tracking number assigned by the courier company responsible for delivering your item(s). You will be then able to track your order. If you have ordered more than one pair of shoes, we will wait until all items in the order are available before we ship them, as we do not make partial deliveries.

All items delivered by CAMPER remain our property until CAMPER has received your payment.

Cancellation of orders

You may cancel your order(s) at any time before your order(s) has been sent and receive a full refund. To cancel an order before it is sent, enter the section "Your Orders" and enter the order number and e-mail address used. The system will show the order details and if the "Cancel" option is shown, you may click on it to cancel the order. In particular, there is no set time limit where there is a breach of your statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. In those circumstances, you will have a reasonable period of time after purchase to return the goods.

In order to return or exchange an order, you must check that it meets the following criteria:

CAMPER does not allow exchanges in the CAMPER stores or multi-brand stores selling CAMPER products. Furthermore, CAMPER does also not permit the return of items to the online store that have been purchased in CAMPER stores or any multi-brand store that sells CAMPER shoes.

If all of these conditions are met, Camper will refund the cost of the item(s), deducting the initial delivery costs. Initial delivery costs are also non-refundable for orders paid by Collect-on-Delivery. If the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing fault or quality issue for which Camper is responsible, we will refund the entire amount paid within 10 working days.

Returns

To request the return of an item, please follow the following steps:

Once we have received the item(s) and checked that it/they comply with the requirements as detailed above, CAMPER will refund the price (but excluding Import Fees for New Zealand customers) you paid for the item(s) within 30 working days. Direct costs of returning the item(s), will be paid by you except in the case of manufacturing default or quality issue where CAMPER is responsible for the costs of returning the item(s). This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, as described in further detail under the "Your Statutory Guarantees-Refunds" section below.

If the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing default or quality issue for which CAMPER is responsible, and a refund is to be provided or a replacement (as described further in "Your Statutory Guarantees" section below) we will refund the entire amount (but excluding Import Fees for New Zealand customers) paid within 10 working days. We are not responsible for a refund of Import Fees for all New Zealand customers. New Zealand customers must contact New Zealand authorities for a refund of Import Fees.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for the purchase.

Subject to your statutory guarantees outlined below, we will not refund a purchase or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has following sale to you become of unacceptable quality due to misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

Exchange

In order to request a change of size or model, please follow the following steps:

In the case of exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for all delivery and collection costs. New Zealand customers are also responsable for Import Fees.

Once we have received the item(s), we will send you the new size or model(s), using the same service as for the original purchase, free of charge for the customer. However, you are solely responsable for for any Import Fees if your order is designated for shipment to New Zealand.

Your Statutory Guarantees - Refunds

The Australian Consumer Law which is Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) provides certain statutory guarantees which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These are in addition to any voluntary warranties offered by the manufacturer or supplier. Nothing in this Agreement affects or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation applying in Australia regarding statutory guarantees.

You will be entitled (at your election) to a full refund (but excluding Import Fees for New Zealand customers) or replacement (provided that a replacement is available in stock) if the goods:

Where an issue with the goods would not be treated as a 'major failure' under the Australian Consumer Law, we will (at our election and upon return of the goods by you to us in accordance with the process outlined above):

Replacement products are subject to the same statutory guarantees as the original.

Your right to return faulty goods under the Australian Consumer Law (whether for major failures or otherwise) extends for a reasonable period of time after purchase, and there is no set time limit within which a buyer can return faulty goods. This means that the 30 day return limit described under the 'Returns and Exchanges' section above is not applicable where a statutory guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law applies.
