Graphic design : Mark Farrow’s highly regarded career in graphic design began with his work in the early 1980s for Factory Records and legendary Manchester club The Haçienda. These early relationships placed Farrow at the forefront of music design: a story that has long since continued with artists such as Pet Shop Boys and Spiritualized. Farrow’s creative partnership with Pet Shop Boys has spanned over twenty years and the relationship has produced some of the most iconic record sleeves of our time. A minimalist approach and precise attention to detail defines the Farrow aesthetic and has resulted in the studio undertaking projects in a wide range of sectors. In 2009 Mark Farrow received the honour of Royal Designer for Industry in recognition of his contribution to design. Farrow Design's work has been published and exhibited internationally.
Principal designer: Marcelino Botín is known for designing some of the fastest racing yachts in the world and has enjoyed unprecedented international success, winning a host of world championships and many of the worlds most prestigious sailing events. Marcelino has worked with Emirates Team New Zealand for six years designing their Louis Vuitton-winning boat in 2007 and most recently the collaboration saw success on the Audi Med Cup where ETNZ won the 2010 TP52 circuit. His first VO 70 was second in the 2008/2009 edition of the Volvo Ocean Race.
